Mario Kart Tour no longer offers playable races, but players still have time to check their records. Nintendo’s end-of-service FAQ keeps Past Tours’ Stats and in-app inquiries available until 9:59 p.m. PT on January 12, 2027. Meanwhile, past All-Cup Rankings remain viewable until the end of September 2027.

Those deadlines cover remaining access after the shutdown. Nintendo confirms that racing service ended at 11 p.m. PT on September 29, 2026. The company wrote: “We sincerely thank the many players who have loved and supported the game since service began so long ago.”

What Mario Kart Tour players can still view

The January deadline applies to both Past Tours’ Stats and opening inquiries inside the app. However, the longer rankings window concerns a separate archive. Nintendo’s All-Cup Ranking page explains that those standings total points across all cups. They differ from the in-game tier rankings.

There is also an exception worth checking before looking for a final result. Nintendo says the second-half Anniversary Tour rankings do not appear in Past Tours’ Stats after service ends. Their viewing window ran from 10 p.m. to 10:59 p.m. PT on September 29. That window has already closed.

No offline release is scheduled

An archive of results does not restore the game. In a separate offline-version FAQ, Nintendo says it has no offline release scheduled. That statement supplies no alternative launch date, so players should not treat the remaining stats access as an offline edition.

Nintendo announced the closure on July 8, 2026, in the official post embedded below. It also directed players to in-game notices or the Tour FAQ for information about rubies and the Gold Pass. That announcement is earlier notice of the shutdown, while the September support page confirms its completion.

For account-specific questions, Nintendo’s inquiry guide also provides an email route when an in-app inquiry cannot be opened. It asks users to describe the problem and include any seven-digit support code. The closure notice itself does not specify a refund amount.

Tour’s closure also puts earlier coverage in context: our 2019 report covered its delayed development. Nintendo’s mobile connectivity requirements predated Tour, as our Super Mario Run internet-requirement report documented. Those historical reports do not describe Tour’s remaining access windows.
